Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 ship for $5.95.

How do I care for my product?

Follow the care instructions shown on the individual product page. Materials differ, so avoid assuming every product can be washed or cleaned the same way.

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Can I return an opened eye pillow?

No. Opened eye pillows are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except when damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@kaylashomegoods.store with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account can make it easier to review eligible order information.
