KAYLA'S HOME GOODS
Training Guide
Build a simple home movement practice.
This guide offers a flexible framework for using compact fitness, yoga, mobility, and recovery tools at home. Choose movements that match your experience and the product instructions.
1. Prepare
Clear a stable area, inspect your equipment for damage, and begin with 3–5 minutes of easy movement. Keep water nearby and avoid slippery surfaces.
2. Mobility
Move slowly through a comfortable range at the shoulders, spine, hips, and ankles. Use yoga straps or support cushions only as directed, without forcing a position.
3. Strength
For resistance bands, begin with light tension, keep the band away from the face, and use controlled repetitions. Check bands before every session and stop using any item with cuts, cracks, or unusual wear.
4. Recovery
Use cork balls and rollers with gradual pressure on soft tissue. Avoid direct pressure on bones, joints, the front of the neck, or injured areas. Short, gentle sessions are usually a better starting point than intense pressure.
5. Rest
Support a neutral, comfortable position with cushions or eye pillows. Follow the specific product instructions before heating or cooling any item; not every product is designed for temperature use.
A simple 15-minute sequence
- 3 minutes of easy breathing and joint circles
- 5 minutes of controlled strength or balance work
- 4 minutes of mobility
- 3 minutes of gentle recovery or rest
